Instant Carrot& Beans Thoran includes Carrot(150gm), Beans(150gm), Grated Coconut(50gm), Shallot, Chilly, Curry leaves(50gm) RECIPE= Heat oil in a kadai, add in mustard seeds, chopped shallot ,curry leaves and mix well. Now add in coconut and mix for 1 min. Now add the veggies and mix well. Add a splash of water and mix well. Cover and cook for a very slow flame. By which time the veggies must have absorbed all flavours and cooked completely.
