Cancellation policy

While there is nooption for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment ismade, you can get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with yourorder number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel itand refund your amount.

If you cancel yourorder before the product has shipped, you can choose to have the entire amountrefunded.

Return of products will be accepted only if the product is ingood condition.

Nondelivery of Package
We recommendvalidating the shipping address before confirming the same on our website.

We do not takeresponsibility if the delivery address provided is incorrect, insufficient orif addressee is not present at the given address at the time of deliveryattempt. If a package is returned to us because the address is incorrect or outdated,we will consider the order status as closed and no refund will be provided.Please carefully check to make sure that you have entered current and correctaddress and you make arrangements to receive the package when it is beingdelivered.

We also have cash on delivery service.If you would prefer to pay by Google Pay, Bank Transfer, UPI or PayTM, justsend us a message on WhatsApp 096330-77990, and we can help you pay. We cannotship internationally or accept international cards yet. We do not processrefunds back to credit cards or debit cards.
