Cancellation Policy

While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount.

If you cancel your order before the product has shipped, you can choose to have the entire amount refunded.

Returns Policy

Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Order for a full refund. All you need to do is give us a call on 7566-23-0000 or drop an email at support@choosemyfresh.com within a period of 15 days, from the date of delivery. Return of products will be accepted only if the product is in good condition.

As a condition of registering with choosemyfresh.com and using the choosemyfresh.com Services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and understood this Return and Cancellation Policy and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained within.

Nondelivery of Package
We recommend validating the shipping address before confirming the same on our website.

We do not take responsibility if the delivery address provided is incorrect, insufficient or if addressee is not present at the given address at the time of delivery attempt. If a package is returned to us because the address is incorrect or outdated, we will consider the order status as closed and no refund will be provided. Please carefully check to make sure that you have entered current and correct address and you make arrangements to receive the package when it is being delivered.

PAYMENT METHOD
We accept all credit cards and debit cards. We also have cash on delivery service. If you would prefer to pay by Google Pay, Bank Transfer, UPI or PayTM, just send us a message on WhatsApp 096330-77990, and we can help you pay. We cannot ship internationally or accept international cards yet. We do not process refunds back to credit cards or debit cards.
