Instant Nenthra Kaya Mezhukkupuratti includes Nenthra Kaya(350gm), Shallot, Garlic, Curry leaves(50gm) RECIPE=In a pan cook raw banana along with water, salt and turmeric powder, cook until soft but not mushy, Set aside. Heat oil in a pan and crackle the mustard seeds. add the crushed garlic, crushed red chilli flakes or  cut chillies, crushed shallots and curry leaves and saute till it turns to golden brown.  Add the boiled banana pieces and combine well…Serve hot with curd and rice
