Instant Tomato Pachadi includes Tomato(280gm), Grated Coconut(100gm), Chilly, Curry Leaves(20gm)  RECIPE= To prepare this pachadi recipe, tomatoes cut into small pieces. Next, put a pan on medium flame and add tomatoes to it along with a little water. Boil these tomatoes for about 5 minutes and keep the pan aside. Next, put another pan on medium flame and add the tamarind juice in the pan along with a little water, salt, and turmeric. Meanwhile, in a food processor, grind coconut along with mustard seeds and green chilies to make a thick paste. Add this coconut-chilli paste to the boiled tomatoes and put a pan again on medium flame. Boil the mixture for another 5-10 minutes and then remove the pan from the flame. Now, put a frying pan on low flame and heat mustard oil in it. When the oil is hot enough, temper the mustard seeds and quickly switch off the flame. Pour this tempering on the prepared mixture and serve immediately.
