Instant Gobi Manchurian includes Cauliflower(300gm), Onion(50gm), Chilly, Garlic, Capsicum(50gm)   RECIPE=For preparing Gobi Manchurian, mix together maida, corn flour, salt, a few drops of soya sauce and water to form a batter. If you want the dish to be colorful, you can add a pinch of red color in the batter. The batter should not be too thick. Dip the cauliflower pieces in the batter and deep fry, till golden brown. Heat 5 tbsp of oil in the same pan used for frying the cauliflower. Add ginger, green chillies, garlic, ajinomoto, capsicum, spring onion and onion and stir. See to it that the onion and capsicum are not too soft, so that they are crunchy, while eating. Add the sauces(Chilly and soya) and stir for a minute. Add the fried cauliflower pieces. Mix well without breaking the pieces. Add more of the sauces to Gobi Manchurian, if required. Garnish Gobi Manchurian with coriander leaves. Soya sauce is salty so see that you don't add too much salt in the batter. Gobi Manchurian is ready.
