Instant Cauliflower Masala Curry includes Cauliflower(250gm), Tomato(50gm), Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Chilly,Curry Leaves(50gm) RECIPE=Heat oil in a pan, add in the whole spices and saute for a min.(Cinnamon stick - 1 small piece,Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp, Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam - 1 tsp, Bay Leaf - Black Stone Flower - 1 piece) Add in curry leaves, onions, chillies and cook till it is golden. Add in ginger garlic paste and saute for a min. Add in all the spice powders along with some water and cook till oil separates, this prevents the spices from burning. Now add in tomato puree and cook till oil separates. Add in cooked gobi, salt , sugar and toss well in the masala. Pour water and bring it to a boil, simmer for 5 mins. Now take some curd in a bowl, add some of the gravy and mix well, this will temper the curd so it wont curdle when you add it to the curry. Now add in the curd and mix well. Simmer for another 5 mins. Add in coriander leaves and mix well. Serve with roti..
