Chopped Cabbage / കാബേജ് അരിഞ്ഞത് -250gm Pack ( Ozone Washed)

Chopped Cabbage (cabbage arinjathu) in a 250 g pack, washed (ozone washed) and finely shredded. It is ready to go straight into a pan for cabbage thoran, one of the quickest and most loved Kerala side dishes: temper mustard, add shallots, green chilli and curry leaves, then the cabbage with turmeric and grated coconut.

The fine shred also works well in fried rice, noodles, cutlets and cabbage pakoda.

Keep chopped cabbage refrigerated in a closed container and cook it the same day or the next.
