Premium Green Chilly (pachamulaku) in a 100 g pack, ozone washed. Green chillies bring heat and freshness to most Kerala dishes: slit into thoran, aviyal and moru curry, ground into the coconut paste for chammanthi, or added to egg roast, chicken curry and fish curry.
A couple also go into upma, egg bhurji and fried snacks like ulli vada and parippu vada.
To make them last, remove the stems, keep them dry, and store in a paper-lined box in the fridge. They keep for about a week.
