Mini Aviyal Kit - 250 gm (Ozone Washed)

Our Mini Aviyal Kit is a 250 g pack of vegetables, washed (ozone washed) and cut into the long batons that aviyal needs. It is sized for a small family or for a single meal, so nothing goes to waste.

Aviyal is a Sadya favourite: cook the vegetables with a little turmeric and salt, add a coarse paste of grated coconut, green chilli and cumin, then finish with curd or raw mango for sourness, fresh curry leaves and a spoon of coconut oil.

Cut vegetables are best cooked the same day; if needed, refrigerate in a closed box and use by the next day.
