Mini Sambar Kit -250gm (Ozone Washed)

Our Mini Sambar Kit is a 250 g pack of mixed vegetables, washed (ozone washed) and cut to sambar size. It is a convenient size for a small family or a single pot of sambar, so you do not need to buy a whole set of vegetables.

Simmer the vegetables with cooked dal, tamarind water and sambar powder, then add a tempering of mustard seeds, dry red chilli and curry leaves. Serve with rice, idli or dosa.

Cut vegetables are best cooked the same day, or refrigerated in a closed container until the next day.
