Aviyal Kit - 500 gm (Ozone Washed)

Our Aviyal Kit is a 500 g pack of vegetables, washed (ozone washed) and cut into the long batons that aviyal needs. It is sized for a family meal, a Sunday lunch or a small Sadya.

To make aviyal, cook the vegetables with turmeric and salt, add a coarse paste of grated coconut, green chilli and cumin, then sour it with curd or raw mango. Finish with fresh curry leaves and a spoon of raw coconut oil.

Cut vegetables are best cooked the same day. If needed, refrigerate in a closed box and use by the next day.
