Kumbalam (ash gourd) Square Cubes in a 500 g pack, cut into neat cubes. It saves the effort of handling a large, heavy gourd and is ready to drop straight into the pot.

Use the cubes for olan with red cowpea and coconut milk, pulissery, sambar, kootu curry, or kumbalanga curry with ground coconut and green chilli.

Cut ash gourd should be refrigerated in a closed container and cooked within a day or two.
