Instant Pineapple Pachadi Kit

Instant Pineapple Pachadi Kit, a 400 g pack with pineapple cuts, grapes, grated coconut, green chilli and curry leaves. Pineapple pachadi is the sweet and tangy curd-based dish that brightens up an Onam or Vishu Sadya.

Cook the pineapple with a little water, salt, turmeric and sugar until soft. Grind the coconut with green chilli and a few mustard seeds, add to the pineapple, then stir in whisked curd and the grapes off the heat. Finish with a tempering of mustard, dry chilli and curry leaves.

Refrigerate on arrival and cook the same day.
