Instant Nenthra Kaya Mezhukkupuratti Kit, a 400 g pack with 350 g nenthra kaya (raw nendran banana), shallots, garlic and curry leaves. Kaya mezhukkupuratti is a simple, much-loved Kerala stir-fry that goes with rice, sambar and moru curry.

Cook the raw banana with water, salt and turmeric until soft but not mushy. Heat coconut oil, splutter mustard seeds, add crushed garlic, shallots, chilli flakes and curry leaves, then toss in the banana until lightly browned.

Refrigerate on arrival and cook the same day.
