Instant Kovakka Thoran Kit - 400 gm

Instant Kovakka Thoran Kit, a 400 g pack with 300 g kovakka (ivy gourd), 100 g grated coconut, about 7 peeled shallots, 5 green chillies and curry leaves. Everything for a classic kovakka thoran in one pack.

Cut the kovakka into thin strips, cook with turmeric and salt in a covered pan, then add the coconut crushed with shallots and chilli. Finish with a mustard and curry leaf tempering in coconut oil.

Fresh coconut and vegetables are perishable, so refrigerate on arrival and cook the same day.
