Instant Kappa Puzhukku Kit - 500 gm

Instant Kappa Puzhukku Kit, a 500 g pack with 400 g kappa (tapioca), 100 g grated coconut, 5 peeled garlic cloves, 5 peeled shallots, 5 green chillies and curry leaves. It is everything for a comforting plate of kappa puzhukku.

Boil the kappa in salted water until soft and drain. Crush the coconut, garlic, shallots and chillies with a little turmeric, mix into the kappa and mash lightly. Finish with a mustard and curry leaf tempering. Serve with fish curry or beef fry.

Refrigerate on arrival and cook the same day.
