Instant Cheera Thoran Kit, a 400 g pack with everything for a quick cheera thoran: 300 g cheera, 100 g grated coconut, 6 to 7 peeled shallots, 4 to 5 green chillies and curry leaves. Choose green or red cheera when ordering.

Heat coconut oil, splutter mustard seeds, add the crushed shallots, chillies and curry leaves, then the cheera with a little salt. Cook uncovered for a few minutes and toss in the coconut at the end.

Leafy greens and fresh coconut are perishable, so refrigerate on arrival and cook the same day.
