Instant Beans Thoran Kit, a 400 g pack with 300 g beans, 100 g grated coconut, about 7 peeled shallots, 5 green chillies and curry leaves. It is everything for a classic beans thoran, ready to cook.

Chop the beans finely, temper mustard seeds and curry leaves in coconut oil, add the crushed shallots and chillies, then the beans with turmeric and salt. Cover and cook till tender, and toss in the coconut to finish. Serve with rice, sambar and pappadam.

Refrigerate on arrival and cook the same day.
