Chicken Curry Cut in a 1 kg pack, cleaned and cut to order into medium bone-in pieces. Curry cut is the all-rounder for Kerala chicken dishes: nadan kozhi curry with coconut milk, chicken roast with lots of onion and pepper, chicken varattiyathu, or a spicy chicken fry for Sunday lunch.

The mix of bone-in pieces gives a richer gravy, which is exactly what you want with appam, porotta, chapati or rice.
