Chicken Biriyani Cut in a 1 kg pack, cleaned and cut to order into larger pieces, a mix of bone-in and boneless, that hold their shape during the long dum cooking. The mix of dark and white meat stays juicy and gives the masala plenty of flavour.

Use it for Malabar chicken biriyani with kaima rice, fried onions, ghee, mint and coriander, or for a Thalassery-style dum biriyani for a family gathering. It also works well for chicken roast and ghee rice with chicken curry.

Refrigerate on arrival and cook within a day, or freeze. Thaw in the fridge before cooking.
