Cleaned Ginger (inchi) in a 100 g pack, cleaned and ozone washed, so it is ready to chop, crush or grind. Ginger is essential for ginger-garlic paste in chicken curry, beef roast and biriyani, and adds warmth to fish curry, sambharam (spiced buttermilk) and masala tea.

It is also the main ingredient of inchi curry (puli inchi), the sweet-sour-hot pickle-like curry served at every Sadya.

Cleaned ginger dries out faster than whole ginger, so keep it in a closed container in the fridge and use within a few days.
