Chopped Carrot (carrot arinjathu) in a 250 g pack, washed (ozone washed) and cut your way: small cube, round cut or large cube. It saves time on busy mornings and when you are cooking for a crowd.

Small cubes are ideal for fried rice, upma, cutlets and carrot thoran; round cuts look good in vegetable stew, salads and kurma; large cubes suit sambar and mixed vegetable curry.

Cut carrots lose moisture quickly, so refrigerate them in a closed container and use within a day or two.
