Coriander leaves / മല്ലിയില -100gm Pack ( Ozone Washed)

Fresh Coriander Leaves (malliyila) in a 100 g pack, ozone washed. Coriander is the finishing touch for biriyani, chicken curry, egg roast, kurma and rasam, and the main ingredient in green coriander chutney for dosa and snacks.

The stems carry plenty of flavour too, so chop them finely into masalas instead of throwing them away.

To keep coriander fresh, trim the roots, wrap the bunch loosely in a paper towel and refrigerate in a closed box. Alternatively, stand the stems in a glass of water in the fridge. Use within a few days.
