Chicken Curry Cut / ചിക്കൻ കറി കട്ട് (500 gm)

Chicken Curry Cut in a 500 g pack, cleaned and cut to order into medium bone-in pieces. It is just right for a small family meal of nadan kozhi curry, chicken roast, pepper chicken or a quick chicken fry.

For a simple Kerala curry, saute onion, ginger, garlic and green chilli, add the spice powders and chicken, cook till done and finish with coconut milk and curry leaves. Serve with appam, porotta or rice.

Refrigerate as soon as it arrives and cook within a day, or freeze. Thaw in the fridge before cooking.
