Cabbage / ക്യാബേജ് - 500gm Pack (Ozone Washed)

Fresh Cabbage in a 500 g pack, ozone washed. Cabbage is an easy, budget-friendly vegetable in Kerala homes, best known as cabbage thoran with grated coconut and green chilli. It is also used in cabbage upperi, mixed vegetable thoran, fried rice, noodles, cutlets and salads.

Remove the outer leaves, wash, then shred finely for thoran or cut into strips for stir-fries.

Whole cabbage keeps well in the fridge for a week or more. Once cut, wrap the remaining piece tightly and use within a couple of days.
