Beef Meat Curry Cut in a 500 g pack, cleaned and cut to order into pieces sized for curries. This is the cut to reach for when making Kerala beef ularthiyathu (beef roast or fry), a peppery beef curry to go with kappa or porotta, or beef and koorka during the season.

Pressure cook the pieces with ginger, garlic, shallots and spices until tender, then roast in coconut oil with curry leaves and coconut slices.
